How can you save us money?

In addition to our partners seeing an increase in revenue and the size of their portfolio. We have partnership agreements with the top software in the industry (Guesty, PriceLabs, Enso, KeyData etc) which are included in our monthly rate.

Do we need to sign up for Guest communication?

We prefer to handle the communication with guests as our team are experts at closing bookings. We also go above and beyond to offer guests upsells, extensions etc.

How long does onboarding take?

It typically takes 5-7 business days to get fully integrated. However, this may take longer if a PMS swap is required.

Can you communicate with our owners?

Yes – we can put together a custom plan so that your Hosting Helper can act as a general manager for you. They will be fully integrated into your business to hand the majority of communications. Certain topics they will not be able to assist with like taxes & licensing which will need to remain with you.

Do you offer accounting services?

No. However, we have an accounting partner we can happily recommend.
